Greetings, Rosebank families! I hope you are enjoying the remainder of your weekend. We had an awesome time at Jump Rope for Heart and the Symphony last week. Weekend Homework – AR Reading 40 min and Log; Weekly Progress Report and AR Report signatures; Social Studies Project Information Sheet (colored paper for research) due tomorrow. Students will receive the next assignment for their project tomorrow which is writing the report draft and sketching their visual.
Scholastic Book Fair – Feeling groovy? Come on down to the book fair! It will be open all week in Room 905 before school and after school. You may accompany your child or send them with money to school. Hooray for books!
Family Literacy Night – This Tues. Feb. 23 from 6:00-7:30. Come in your pj’s, bring your family, a blanket, and your favorite book! The book fair will also be open that night from 7:00-7:30! Return the RSVP on the flyer sent home last week to be entered in a drawing for a Grand Prize Book Basket.
Movie Night – This Fri. Feb. 26 evening, come watch “Minions” with your fellow Panthers!
Student Led Conferences – Thank you for signing up for conferences for Thurs. March 10, Fri. March 11, and Mon. March 14. I am getting your confirmation slips ready to send home this week and will put the schedule on the blog. If you haven’t signed up, please do so soon with the pink paper that was sent home. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again!
