We had a great second week of school! Students worked hard on their new laptops, turning in their Writing and finishing Math assessments. They are a very good group, focused, respectful, diligent. Mrs. King has almost completed all beginning of year assessments. A few announcements and reminders:
Tues. Aug 4 – Picture Day! Please return money envelopes or place orders online here: mylifetouch.com
Tues. Aug 4 – Our first PAWS rotations! Students will participate in Visual Art, PE, and Drama in the morning.
Swim Lessons – Aug 10-21 at Parkway Pool. Please complete and return permission slip and waiver (sent home Friday) this week. Your child will need: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, plastic bag, underclothes, shower shoes/slippers, hairbrush/comb.
Back to School Night – next week Thurs Aug 13 at 6:00. Please plan on attending!
