Happy Autumn, Rosebank families! It’s our 5th week of school and almost October, can you believe it? Last week, we completed most of our beginning of year assessments. Students did their best and worked hard! We also took our mid-module math test which will be sent home this Friday with the Weekly Progress Report. If your child needs more practice with rounding or is having trouble, please check out my new video on the Math Resources page. Please let me know other areas your child is struggling in at home and I will try to find resources to help. Also being sent home this week: your child’s STAR/AR reading level range and info on Accelerated Reader Program.

New Traffic Patterns – Please be aware that Rosebank is currently working with the Chula Vista Police Dept. to keep everyone safe at pick-up times. Be patient, be alert, obey all traffic rules, and be good role models for our kids. Thank you for your support.
Turn in pink lunch applications ASAP. Our goal is 100% so all Rosebank students can get free breakfast and lunch! Please let me know if you need a new application.
Thank you to Ricardo Vera’s family for their donations of classroom supplies last week!
Parents, Thank you for your wonderful children. You have done and are doing a fabulous job raising them. They are lovely, bright, enthusiastic, positive, hard-working, intelligent, caring creatures, and I am blessed to get to know them better everyday!
Enjoy your week, my awesome Panthers! ~ Mrs. King 🙂
